Ep. 18 – Nehal El Guindy – Living a Life With No Regrets

Nehal El Guindy is a mom, daughter, sister, friend, colleague and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor living in the Washington, DC area. She is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD with a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling. She has extensive experience in private practice and outpatient mental health clinics in the US. She is currently working at the University of Maryland Counseling Center as a Clinical Counselor and has been working with undergraduate and graduate student populations for the past 6 years.

Nehal is primarily interested in issues and empowerment of women and has worked with women from diverse cultural, ethnic and racial backgrounds. She believes that every woman can change and has the inner strength to reach their fullest potential. Nehal is currently working on applying for a Doctoral Psychology Program and believes that there are no barriers or age limits to a person’s dreams and aspirations.
