Journalist, Writer, Presenter, Media Consultant and Master of Ceremonies, Nicole spent 20 years in Australian television as a reporter, producer and presenter. A key player at Sky News for a decade, when Nicole and her hotelier husband moved to Hong Kong in 2010 and then Xi’an, North West China in 2014, Nicole was quickly able to establish herself as the creative go-to-girl for anything media related in Asia-Pacific. With communications her specialty, Nicole's work has included hosting premier business awards in Hong Kong, China and the Philippines, presenting corporate videos across China and media training and consulting for Hong Kong and Australian companies; as well as a guest on RTHK Radio 3’s morning show as an expert blogger. Nicole's wide-ranging articles from lifestyle to political pieces are regularly published in magazines and online publications around the globe.
Nicole has also just published her memoir CHINA BLONDE containing stories on the ‘people’ of China today - in particular, who they are, where they’ve come from and what their lives are really like as the country transitions from an essentially, developing nation to a world super power. In China Blonde she also adds her personal stories and the warmth and humor that has seen her blog Mint Mocha Musings: The Hotelier’s Wife, an Expat Affair in Asia become critically acclaimed.
