The conversation with Noora Al Kuwari continues to unchartered waters... Association of body image with number on a scale, nurturing your body after birth, and impact of societal and social media pressure on residual self-image.

Noora Al Kuwari became the first Qatari to get certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), after deciding that she will not live her life chasing one diet after another without prioritizing her health. She also has an additional certification in Gut Health from IIN. Noora advocates for women’s wellness, especially after giving birth, rather than focusing on weight and diets. She also spends a lot of time educating and spreading awareness about wholesome nutrition for children. Noora has been featured on many occasions to talk about the concept of nourishment and how to develop a healthy relationship with food, to accept your body, and how to integrate healthy habits into everyday life.
